Our Green Team Special Committee  hosted a social for our members this past weekend. We went to East Side Succulents to pick out own tsucculents! We re-potted them in old containers (to be environmentally conscious!) and glass mason jars to make some pretty terrific terrariums.

Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day

Lions ran different booths with different experiments and demonstrations this past weekend at Introduce a Girl to Engineering Day hosted by The Women in Engineering Program. The over 8000 girls attended the event and were inspired to become interested in STEM! Lions members helped the participants make marshmallow structures and electrical circuits.
